Kingdom Real Estate
Site hosted on a Windows server required ASP (VBScript) for server-side functions. Client's basic crown logo was redone in keeping with the ornate theme. Client had a considerable amount of writing creating the challenge to present copy in a clean, easy-to-read format.

Heavily modified open-source Javascript shopping cart. Site includes two primary catalog types, text-based list and image with description, requiring separate shopping carts. PHP used for order submission. Custom graphic interface.

A philanthropic site which allowed for considerable creative freedom. I was mostly interested in creating a vertical navigation integrated into the design rather then being tacked on to the top or side. Lightweight graphics and minimal content.

CourierNet Flash
Three minute Flash commercial used during trade shows to showcase ordering and racking, and new offices in Charlotte, NC. Heavy use of Photoshop for original and modified art and images. Animation synchronized with sound track.
PSD to HTML
Personal challenge to refine Photoshop skills. Inspired by a bold and unique design with appreciable subtleties by another designer. Use of shadows and 3D shading in fine graphic elements create a refined and formal feel.
Print to Web
Translation of print magazine to webzine. Strategy included monthly additions of articles to encourage return visits, Flash to create engaging and informative infographics, and highly successful SEO and link building campaigns.
Lazy UI/UX
Web-based game (Skyrim) utility requiring minimal, mouse-only interaction from the user. Scrolling affects only the long list of ingredients. Pointing to ingredients triggers the next logical function. Database utilizes HTML 5 localStorage.
HTML5 Animation
Preliminary design for theArtofHype utilizing HTML 5 and Javascript animation for the jumbotron fly-in text. Further use of HTML 5, CSS 3, and Javascript for custom tabbed section at bottom, text glow effects, multiple backgrounds and transparency.
